3. Service Offerings
At DigiNowra, we deliver process design and setup engagements. These services are scheduled upon agreement and delivered either in person or online.
- Service appointments: You agree to the chosen schedule. Changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the appointment.
- Rescheduling: If you need to adjust the dates, please get in touch with our support team at least 48 hours in advance.
4. Digital Products
Our digital products include templates, guides, and course modules. Upon purchase, these are made available for immediate download.
- Access: You will receive a link to download upon confirmation of your acquisition.
- Usage: These offerings are for personal or internal business use only and may not be redistributed.
5. Physical Goods
We supply printed materials and hardware kits related to process patterns. Items are shipped to the address provided during processing of your request.
- Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 5 business days.
- Delivery: Estimated shipping times vary by destination.
6. Refund Policy
We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. This section describes the conditions under which you may request a reimbursement and how it will be handled.
6.1 Services
- Requests must be submitted no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start.
- Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 business days after confirmation and issued via the original method used during purchase.
- If a service is not attended without proper notice, reimbursements will not be granted.
6.2 Digital Products
- Requests for digital items are accepted within 7 days of download.
- Since files can be copied upon delivery, we reserve the right to decline reimbursements if the product shows signs of extensive use.
- Approved reimbursements for digital items will be completed within 10 business days.
6.3 Physical Goods
- Items sent back in original condition within 30 days of delivery are eligible.
- Customers can request a shipping label via our support form.
- After we receive and check the condition, reimbursements are processed within 10 business days.
No-Reimbursement Scenarios: Custom designs, made-to-order printed materials, and opened digital courses are not eligible for reimbursement. We encourage you to review details carefully before confirming your order.
7. Cancellation and Postponement
For services, you may postpone up to 72 hours before the agreed time. Requests made later will be treated as cancellations without eligibility for reimbursement.
8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms in 2025. Significant changes will be communicated via email or prominently on our website.
